The Jacques Offenbach Society was formed in 1996 with the object of bringing Offenbach's music back into the public awareness.

Offenbach was a prolific composer and wrote around 100 works. These include works for the stage and orchestral pieces. Despite the worldwide popularity of Offenbach's music in his lifetime, only a few of these are in the regular repertoire today. However, the rarer ones are revived occasionally.

Coronavirus COVID-19
We will continue to try and keep our upcoming performances page up to date with scheduled performances. However it is impossible to keep checking for cancellations which might result from restrictions during the Coronavirus Pandemic for all performances listed.
Please check with venues to confirm that the upcoming performances are in fact going ahead.
We are a small international Society and we welcome new enthusiasts to join us in promoting Offenbach's vast repertoire to a wider audience.

Please see our membership page for more details or contact us for more information. Our US Coordinator, Bob Folstein is happy to answer questions on Offenbach or his works and can be contacted by email. We are also on Facebook
